This policy explains how we ship your order and what happens if something goes wrong. Questions? Email support@riselabsdirect.com with your order number.
Order processing
- Orders are processed after your payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
- Confirmed orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping & delivery
- Every order ships with tracking. Products are packed as sealed kits of 10 vials for safe transit.
- Estimated delivery after shipping: United States 5–10 business days; international 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier and customs delays are outside our control.
- Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We do not ship to countries that are not listed at checkout.
Customs, duties & local laws
- You are the importer of record. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are your responsibility.
- You are responsible for making sure the products may be legally imported and used for research where you are.
- If customs holds or seizes a package, contact us within 7 days of the carrier notice. We review each case individually; reshipment or refund is not guaranteed.
Refunds & returns
Because these are sealed research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products, or of products that have left proper storage conditions.
We will replace or refund your order if:
- Your package arrives damaged or with a broken seal;
- You received the wrong item or the wrong quantity; or
- Tracking shows your package is lost in transit (no movement for 15 business days).
To request this, email support@riselabsdirect.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the last tracking update for lost packages) with your order number and photos of the package and vials. We reply within one business day.
- Approved refunds are sent in the coin you paid with (BTC or USDT), for the USD value of your order minus network fees, to a wallet address you provide.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval.
- Unopened, sealed kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, if you contact us first. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order that has not shipped yet. Orders that are not paid within 48 hours may be cancelled. Paid orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full.
